DW Development works with local governments to ensure land is developed in compliance with zoning ordinances and regulations. DW Land is responsible for applying to the local municipality and working with the planners to rezone, subdivide, and entitle the respective parcels. When considering sites, we research zoning ordinances, construction regulations, and environmental restrictions. DW Land also assesses expected entitlement profitability based on population growth, traffic patterns, local taxes and other factors.
